Mozart & More 2013- let your hair down Nov. 22 in Mesa with San Tan Orchestra

East Valley choir, band and orchestra students searching for concerts to go to will find one now within the East Valley close to the downtown Mesa business district.

Carried out by Katherine Shields, San Tan Orchestra will work Wolfgang Amadeus Mozarts Sinfonia Concertante for Winds in E-Flat Major and Italian composer Giovanni Battista Pergolesis Stabat Mater, on Friday, November. 22. The concert is going to be held at 7:30 p.m. in the beginning Evangelical Lutheran Chapel, 142 N. Date St. in Mesa.

Mozarts"Sinfonia Concertante for Winds" showcases the oboe, clarinet, bassoon and french horn soloists within this energetic and lyrical work. Soloists are Suzanne Johnsen, oboe Glenn Diebert, clarinet Ruth Costa and Sue Moon, french horn and Laurance Eisenhart, bassoon.

Pergolesis Stabat Materis 12 parts of diverse character with beautiful vocal solos, sang by soprano Laura Eisenhart and alto Caroline Markham, in every movement. You will find solo arias for the soprano and alto, and duets which weave the vocal parts along with Pergolesis sublimely beautiful music.

The San Tan Orchestra first showed included in the San Tan Community Carrying out Arts in Feb 2007, joining the San Tan Chorale in carrying out Rutters Requiem. Both musical branches were founded by Matthew and Betty Frable of Mesa. The orchestra comprises gifted instrumentalists who've carried out classical functions by Haydn, Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi, Beach yet others.

San Tan Orchestra welcomes music artists age range 15 or more. The orchestra plays three concerts each season, and small ensembles inside the orchestra accompany the San Tan Chorale.
